Many of the bailliages of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs hold events to support local culinary schools, and the national Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Greater China Foundation will hold auctions and other fund-raising events to provide scholarships to schools which are involved in the training of future Chefs or funding for any other activities linked with the object of our Confrérie, which in our view would benefit our communities.

The Society will start shortly to organize an annual Young Commis (cooks) competition with participants from each of our four regions in China. The winner will go on to compete in the international finals.
